How do I book a party?
Pick your package and preferred date, then get in touch to reserve. A deposit holds your spot — popular dates fill up fast. You can sort out the finer details later, right up to two weeks before your party.
Do you offer weekday parties?
Yes — we host weekday afternoon parties (Mon–Thurs) at a reduced rate. Reach out and we’ll walk you through the options.
Can I customize my theme and decorations?
Of course. Our Signature and Sensory Street Experience packages come styled, and any package can add extras. Theme and add-on choices can be made or updated up to two weeks before your date.
How early can I arrive to set up?
We handle setup for everything in your package. If you’re bringing your own extras, come 30 minutes early to get settled before your start time.
How many children are included?
Every package includes admission for up to 15 children.
Can we bring our own cake?
Please do — bring a cake or cupcakes! We just ask that other outside food stays home for allergy safety.
Do we need to sign a waiver?
Yes — each child needs a signed waiver before play. It’s quick to do online or at the door, and you can share the link with your guests ahead of time.
Do we need grip socks?
Yes — grip socks are required for every child, and for adults heading into the play area. Forgot a pair? We sell them at the front.
