Here is what we are hiring for as we get ready to open our doors. Interviews and applications are paused while we complete our current round.

Play Attendant

Part-time · $10 to $12 per hour · Hinesville, GA

Our play attendants are the heart of the floor. You welcome families at the door, keep the play spaces safe, clean, and inviting, and jump into play with the kids so every visit feels joyful.

What you will do

  • Greet families, check guests in, confirm waivers, and explain how open play works
  • Actively supervise the play areas and step in early when play gets unsafe
  • Play with children, help shy kids join in, and encourage sharing and turn taking
  • Reset play zones between guests: sanitize equipment, restock supplies, straighten toys
  • Keep restrooms, party rooms, and common areas clean throughout your shift
  • Help set up and break down parties, classes, and events
  • Answer questions about memberships, classes, and party packages
  • Follow all safety, allergy, and emergency procedures

What we are looking for

  • You genuinely enjoy being around young children and their grownups
  • Warm, patient, and calm when the room gets loud and busy
  • Dependable: you show up on time and ready for every scheduled shift
  • Happy to clean as you go, no task is beneath anyone on this team
  • Take direction well and speak up when something looks unsafe
  • At least 16 years old
  • CPR and first aid certification is a plus, we will help you get certified
  • Background check required

Schedule: Part-time shifts across our open hours, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm and weekends 8:00am to 6:30pm. Weekend availability preferred. We build shifts around school and family.

Physical: On your feet for most of the shift, with bending, kneeling, climbing into play structures, and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Play Attendant Lead

Part-time to full-time · $12 to $15 per hour · Hinesville, GA

Interview booking is paused

Our leads do everything a play attendant does, and then some. You run our daily classes, guide the team through the shift, help train new attendants, and keep the whole floor running smoothly.

What you will do

  • Everything in the play attendant role, modeled at a high standard
  • Lead daily classes, story time, and movement activities with energy and a plan
  • Open or close the building, including opening checks, cash handling, and the closing checklist
  • Direct the flow of the shift: assign zones, call breaks, and adjust when it gets busy
  • Train and coach new attendants on play, safety, and cleanliness
  • Handle guest questions and small issues in the moment, escalate the bigger ones
  • Watch supply levels and flag what needs to be ordered
  • Complete incident reports and keep management in the loop

What we are looking for

  • Experience with children through childcare, teaching, camp, coaching, ABA, or similar
  • You have led a shift or a team, or you are ready to step into it
  • Comfortable leading an activity in front of children and their parents
  • Good judgment under pressure and a calm voice when things go sideways
  • Organized, reliable, and takes ownership without waiting to be asked
  • At least 18 years old
  • CPR and first aid certification required within 30 days of hire, we help arrange it
  • Background check required

Schedule: Part-time to full-time, including opening and closing shifts. Weekend availability required.

Barista

Part-time · $12 to $15 per hour · Hinesville, GA

Our baristas keep parents and caregivers happy with great drinks and friendly service. You run the cafe counter and keep the space clean, stocked, and welcoming from open to close.

What you will do

  • Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and kid friendly snacks to recipe
  • Take orders, run the point of sale, and handle payments accurately
  • Greet every guest and keep the counter moving with a warm, quick hello
  • Keep the cafe spotless: wipe tables, wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, take out trash
  • Stock and rotate product, check dates, and log waste
  • Follow food safety and allergy handling rules exactly, every time
  • Prep and brew ahead of the morning rush, then close the cafe down at end of day
  • Support cafe orders for parties and private events

What we are looking for

  • Cafe or food service experience preferred, we will train the right person
  • Fast, accurate, and tidy while a line is forming
  • Friendly with parents and comfortable working in a loud, kid filled space
  • Georgia food handler card required, or willing to earn one before your first solo shift
  • At least 16 years old
  • Background check required

Schedule: Part-time, weighted toward morning open shifts and weekends. Cafe hours follow our play hours.

Physical: On your feet for most of the shift, working around hot equipment, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
